During this class you will learn how to build a safe and strong bench press, how to progress and a variety of adjustments to help those looking for bench press alternatives or substitutes.

The Squat

Learn how to squat with Lilli.

During this class, you will find ways to progress to a strong squat, learn simple squatting principles and find a set-up that feels right for you. Should you need squat alternatives or regressions, you will find some here as well.
