Hi, I’m Lilli Walker.

It’s great to meet you and thanks for being here!

Since a young age, I loved sports and spent most of my junior and early senior years playing football (soccer). I was lucky to get a couple of years playing alongside some world class footballers toward the end of my career. Thereafter, I put all my eggs into one basket - body building and dived into a career of personal training (2014). With a handful of shows under my belt and a Victorian Championship title too, it wasn’t long before I met the love of my life and started a family in 2021. I felt like a fish out of water! This surely relates to many of you. Not that I let it get me down, I took it in my stride and furthered my studies in Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism* as well as with the Physio Detective - Australia’s very own pregnancy and postpartum wizard! Rebuilding my athleticism during postpartum was the best education of all. You might know the theory, however, once you can pair it with real-time understanding - that simply solidifies it all! During my postpartum with my first born, I decided to rebuild and steer my sights to my first ever sanctioned powerlifting competition. When competiton time came around, I was 18-months postpartum. I was happy to acheive a 102.5kg squat, 57.5kg bench press and a 130kg deadlift - at 64kg body weight. Funny, it was that same week I fell pregnant with my second child. What a whirlwind!
So, I did it all again. Same method, same success and another sanctioned powerlifting competition. My lifts towards the end of my preparation for my second competition were 105kg squat, 62.5kg bench press and a 120-130kg deadlift. But alas, my children shared their disastrous viral gastro with me just 1-week out from the event. I still showed up and supported my fellow competitors and friends on the platform, but I was too affected by that virus to perform my heaviest lifts. Aaaaah, to be an athlete-mum! ;)

Since my studies in P&PA* I have passionately decided to dedicate my time guiding new mums to build their strongest and most robust physique. Starting with this foundation during a woman’s postpartum is the most beneficial first step to take, regardless of future intentions and/or other interests.

For women, especially postpartum women, strength foundations (alongside specific postpartum programming/coaching) truly is the key to overall success - let alone longevity and quality of life in our old age.

If you’re expecting the arrival of a darling little cherub, you can sign up on the ‘waitlist’ to get details and information of upcoming coaching courses for when you’re ready to get started!

The Postpartum Rebuild will take all postpartum women from 6-weeks, whether or not she has had an assessment from her women’s physiotherapist (preferred). Women who desire or need to start earlier than 6-weeks MUST register with attached women’s physio assessment details.

The Postpartum Rebuild is currently a face-to-face coaching program that is run during the school term. I am currently offering only Thursday and Saturday morning sessions with additional online learning.

“Postpartum can be your biggest redemption, yet!”
